’m a Senior Product/UX Designer with 10+ years of experience across digital products, complex SaaS, financial products, and enterprise systems. I work across research, product strategy, interaction design, accessibility, and delivery, with AI embedded into how I prototype, synthesize information, learn, and automate repetitive work.

I’m most comfortable in the messy middle: when user needs, business rules, technical constraints, legacy systems, accessibility requirements, and implementation reality all need to become one coherent product experience.

I’m interested in more than the screen. I want to understand the user need, business goal, technical reality, and what happens after a design reaches production.

My work spans research synthesis, product flows, AI-assisted prototyping, interaction design, design systems, accessibility, stakeholder alignment, design QA, and implementation.

I use AI where it adds leverage: turning ideas into testable prototypes, synthesizing research and project context, exploring edge cases, and automating repetitive coordination.

I look beyond feature requests to find the real problem, friction, and opportunity for meaningful product impact. AI helps me explore possibilities faster, but product context, evidence, and judgment decide what deserves to be built.

Systems thinking

I think across patterns, states, accessibility, consistency, and implementation, not just individual screens. I also build lightweight AI workflows and automations for recurring project, research, and operational tasks.

Cross-functional collaboration

I work closely with product managers, engineers, specialists, and stakeholders, using rapid prototypes to make decisions and trade-offs concrete.

Follow-through

I stay involved through delivery, implementation reviews, design QA, and iteration, using automation to track project context, unresolved questions, communication, and follow-ups.

The background that shaped how I design

I started in graphic design, building a strong foundation in hierarchy, typography, composition, and visual communication.

UX shifted my focus from individual artifacts to workflows, behavior, product rules, and systems. That visual foundation still shapes how I make complex products easier to understand.

Psychology as a supporting tool

I studied product psychology to better understand cognitive load, decision-making, reassurance, feedback, and trust.

I use the same approach to AI-assisted learning. When I need to understand unfamiliar software, APIs, technical concepts, or new domains, I build custom GPTs grounded in a deliberately limited set of high-quality sources. They let me question documentation, connect concepts, and build working knowledge quickly without treating generic AI output as evidence.

What my work looks like today

Much of my work happens in complex enterprise environments where legacy systems, technical constraints, accessibility, stakeholder needs, and implementation realities collide.

I’ve worked across financial products, self-service workflows, enterprise design systems, accessibility, design QA, research synthesis, AI-assisted prototyping, and implementation collaboration.

AI is also part of my working infrastructure: I use it to synthesize project context, interrogate requirements, surface edge cases, learn unfamiliar domains, and automate project monitoring, inbox triage, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.

I’m especially interested in roles where product design stays involved from research → delivery → iteration.

I’m most useful when the problem isn’t tidy.

My work tends to sit where user needs meet dense product logic, technical constraints, business rules, and implementation reality. I use systems thinking and AI-assisted exploration to find unnecessary friction, identify the decisions that matter most, and create a clearer path forward.

Sometimes that means restructuring a workflow. Sometimes it means rapid prototyping, improving a system, challenging an assumption, testing a product direction, or closing the gap between an approved design and what is actually being built.
